Creatbot D400 HS
The CreatBot D400 HS brings commercial-grade 3D printing capability to the desktop. It combines an exceptionally large build volume and high-speed performance with features normally associated with much larger professional machines, including a 70C actively heated chamber, high-temperature 420C dual extrusion, and true external air cooling.
Its generous 420 × 400 × 420 mm build volume allows substantial parts to be printed in one piece. More importantly, the actively heated chamber reaches 70°C, helping control warping, improve layer bonding and maintain consistent results when printing engineering materials such as ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC and fibre-reinforced filaments.
The 420°C auto-lifting dual extruders allow parts to be printed with dedicated support material or two different materials. Automatic nozzle shutters close off the unused nozzle, reducing the dripping and contamination that can otherwise spoil dual-extrusion prints.
Unlike conventional fan cooling that simply circulates hot chamber air, the D400 HS uses true external air cooling. Cooler air is supplied directly to the printed part, providing effective layer cooling even while the chamber remains hot—particularly valuable for faster printing, bridges and detailed geometry.
Key advantages include:
- Large 420 × 400 × 420 mm single-extrusion build volume
- High-speed printing up to 300 mm/s
- Actively heated 70°C build chamber
- 420°C auto-lifting dual extruders
- Automatic dual-nozzle shutters
- True external air part cooling
- Automatic mesh bed levelling
- Removable magnetic build surface
- HEPA and activated-carbon air filtration
- Camera monitoring, Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity
- Filament detection and power-loss recovery
For makers wanting serious material capability, speed and build capacity in a desktop-format machine, the CreatBot D400 HS is in a class of its own.
