Resin 3D Printers
Resin 3D Printers use liquid resins, & parts are made using UV light.
This means the parts look almost layer-less, resembling factory quality injection moulded finish. Liquid Resin printers offer offer exceptional detail & high resolution for miniatures, dentistry, jewellery & industrial parts that contain minute features which need to be printed with precision.
Traditionally, resin printers were very small & only in jeweller & dental 3d printing.
However, with moden resin printers using common LCD technology, the build volumes have increased dramatically.
The cost of resin has also become much more affordable, thus opening up resin 3d printers to a wider audience.
These are now found in schools, architecture firms & many hobbyist workshops for everything from DnD figurines to sleek looking town plans.
